DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson told China's Government to speed up paperwork needed for deportation of 40,000 of its citizens from US on charges ranging from overstaying visas to a spectacular palette of crimes, including murder. China has been deliberately dragging its feet and not cooperating on the subject, naturally.
