Putin's new toy

The new Russian "Leader" destroyer will be stealthy, armed with anti-aircraft,anti-shipping missiles and anti-submarine torpedoes, the missiles fired vertically and able to turn directionally. In addition, the ship will be equipped with 3d printers to produce plastic defense drones. One can wonder if it can make vodka out of sea water?
