Over one million people gathered in Chechnya, Russia to protest the Myanmar government violent persecution of the Rohingya Muslims, according to Russia’s Interior Ministry.
“Stop Genocide in Myanmar”, “Stop Genocide of Rohingya Muslims”, and “Stop Killing Myanmar Muslims,” said some of the signs, a protest which ended with noon prayers at Grozny’s central mosque, also known as the Heart of Chechnya.
