A gift to the Roman Gods?

A farmer in the South-West Swiss village of Ueken digging cherry trees found a massive collection of 4000 Roman silver and bronze coins dated at 270 AD. It is the second largest collection found after the 2009 Frome Hoard of 60,000 coins dug out in a field in Somerset, England.
