The directors of a Los Angeles Homeowner association rejected the disability claim of a neighbor because they were able "to see his eyes". The man  was blinded by eye drops prescribed by his doctor some time ago. Hey, I can't see your brains, are you stupid? You have heard this joke, haven't you?
