PETA museum and shelter

Remember the "Silence of the lambs" house in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania that had trouble finding a buyer? PETA had proposed that it should be turned into a animal shelter and a museum, but the suggestion was taken with deep reservations since visitors may from time to time be startled by angry animals howling and crying, seeing ghostly evil spirits wandering around looking for trouble.
