Storm of the storms

Weather authorities are forecasting a major and dangerous winter storm that may dump up to two feet of snow in Washington and Baltimore and a foot in New York, threatening at least   50 million people in the Mid-Atlantic, canceling thousands of flights. Blizzard warnings have been issued from Virginia to Long Island.
