German police found a hand grenade in a building housing some 20 migrants, but fortunately it did not detonate. A rash of violence against asylum seekers had met Chancellor Merkel's acceptance of 800,000 refugees from Syria that has exploded across Germany since the attack on hundreds of women in Cologne on New Years day by a crowd of migrants.
