Illegals must go home and re-apply for re-entry:Trump

After meeting with Mexican President Trump had his immigration speech and if the pundits were exiting him to pivot, it did not happen.
He said that all people who are in the US illegally must return home and then re-appy for re-entry. Trump also said the Mexico will pay 100% for the wall, even though President Nieto tweeted that he ain't paying for the Trumps wall.
