Philippine "Mexicans": Where To Go Now?

The are  nearly three million Filipinos living in the US, and DHS estimates that one million are illegals. So those unfortunate ones that are on ICE radar screens are facing two impossibilities: President Trump on one side wants to deport all illegals, and across the Pacific rim President Duterte does not want the illegals to come back home at all, since the money transfers from US to the Philippines are important source of support for millions in his impoverished country.
